About SLP:

SLP (SEA Logistic Partners) provide world-leading industrial and logistic infrastructure, facilities, development and operations across Southeast Asia.

About the SLP Park Long Hau project:

The SLP Park Long Hau development comprises of the creation of two new double-story warehouses. This new site will produce for SLP a net leasable area of more than 51,000 square metres, with a floor loading capacity of 2.5 to 3 tons/sqm and a building height of 23.3 meters.

Ideally located to support manufacturing and e-commerce customers’ local and international logistics needs, the strategic positioning of the warehouses at Long Hau means easy access to Ho Chi Minh City as well as the Mekong Delta’s twelve provinces. This will be SLP’s first project in the South of Vietnam, following success with SLP Park Haiphong in Northern Vietnam.

Phase 1 of the project is currently in progress and due to complete by the end of 2022, with phase 2 due in 2023.

Why SLP Chose IntES:

IntES was chosen by SLP for the SLP Park Long Hau project to run the Construction Management (encompassing also responsibility for quality, schedule and overall co-ordination) as well as engaging IntES’ safety management services. This project involves a pre-cast concrete structure erection and control process, and must meet high validation requirements against both Vietnamese standards and International standards. SLP chose IntES based on experience and capabilities in warehouse construction projects, and IntES’ comprehensive understanding of and track-record in meeting Vietnamese and International codes, standards and requirements. Not only this, but IntES also demonstrated a full appreciation for and understanding of SLP’s way of working and working co-operatively and transparently with SLP’s team.

With the project nearing the end of phase 1 and now commencing phase 2, notable results so far include meeting exceptional quality standards of construction and over 500,000 safe hours.
