Job Description:

A CM leads the site supervision team for a project and represents IntES on the construction site. He is appointed for this by DM P&C, in consultation with the OD. The CM is responsible for:

• Coordination of supervision on the correct execution of the activities of contractors/vendors in accordance with the approved drawings, schedules and prescribed rules and instructions.
• Reporting of progress and other relevant matters regarding site activities to Client via the PM.
• Taking appropriate measures in case of disruption of progress.
• Review of the Health and Safety plans prepared by all contractors.
• Checking the maintenance of the resources, materials and equipment made available or purchased, including checking that the goods obtained are in accordance with the regulations, permits or the Health and
  Safety plan, as well as the statutory provisions.
• Provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), if not yet supplied by the DM to IntES personnel, and to visitors and ensuring instruction of those involved in its use and application. For setting up emergency procedures, evacuation plans etc. if necessary and where not provided for in the Health and Safety plan.
• Ensuring that HSE forms a fixed item on the agenda of site meetings.
• Instruction of IntES employees and visitors on the construction site.
• Adherence to all procedures related to HSE on the construction site by all parties involved.

The CM is authorized to give binding instructions to contractors/vendors to ensure the safe progress of site activities. The CM is authorized to stop the works and to remove personnel from the site, or to forbid access when they do not comply with the safety regulations applicable on the construction site. Before the CM starts their duties on the construction site, they must obtain information from the PM on the specific technical and organizational aspects of the project. The CM will acquaint themselves with drawings, schedules, specifications and go through orders placed and directives where these are sufficiently complete or approved. The CM then prepares the construction plan. The deliveries to the construction site are arranged on the basis of the current time schedule in consultation with Procurement. Additional/less work on the construction site is negotiated by the CM on the basis of the conditions of contract with vendors or contractors, after obtaining the approval of the Client and/or PM. The approved additional/less work is processed by the LDE PROC in the revision order.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline;
• Minimum 10 years’ experience at the same position
• Experience in brewery construction is mandatory require
• CM Experience in Pharma is a plus
