Senior HVAC Engineer – Job Description:
- To carry out HVAC system design of industrial projects (factory & welfare facility, …)
- Support Team Leader to set up document for each design stages from concept design, technical design, tender to Construction documentation.
- Support Team Leader to check and verify quality of design document (Drawing, design report and technical specification
- Review construction shop drawings submitted by contractors and ensure compliance with the requirements of the design and specification.
- Internal Communications: BD Department, focus on Piping, HVAC, Cooling System
- External communications: with the Owners/Clients
- Other tasks as instructed by direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- University graduated as HVAC Engineer.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication skills in English with 04 skills.
- Fluent of Revit MEP, Autocad, Ms. Office…
- Knowledge in design software in HVAC system.
- Knowledge in HVAC design and construction standard (TCVN and international standards).
- Have thorough grasp of building design steps.
- Knowledge in other technical fields such as electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting system.
- Be able to work independently.
- Have time management skill, be able to arrange works by priority order.
- Have communication, persuasion, negotiation skills.
- Team work spirit, enthusiastic.
- Certificate of HVAC grade 1 or 2 is a plus.
