Location: Indonesia

Scope of work: Engineering, Construction Management

About the Client

Our client is a local business and top food player in Indonesia that cultivates, manufactures, and delivers fresh and processed products like fruits, juice, meat, and dairy. For over 50 years, sustainable and modern integrated farming and manufacturing have been their main principles. As a result of the continuous development, they are currently present in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the US to serve their products widely to many regions, businesses, and customers.

About the Project

The new project aims to increase the supply of jelly products to the market, utilizing a total area of over 10,000m2. Its main purpose is to facilitate snack production from mixing to packaging. Being responsible for the engineering stage, our team has used BIM software throughout the process for all disciplines. Our team experts master the tools and apply their comprehensive experience to create optimal designs across disciplines including Architect, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.

We carefully set the plan for the project based on our scope of work, the timeline, and the client’s requirements. For the construction stage, the contractors will be selected collaboratively by both our team and the client. During this stage, the construction manager from our team will take responsibility for inspecting and monitoring those contractors to achieve the targets that we agreed with the client, especially quality and safety. To best support our client and ensure close collaboration with all parties, we have appointed a local site team to supervise the project construction stage.

The project is still in progress with collaboration between our IntES team and other involved parties. Our team has been contributing to project development step by step, delivering good quality at every stage that we are responsible for.
