Kelvin Isselt, our Engineering Manager based in The Netherlands is our leading force in the Engineering & Consultancy for IntES in South Netherlands.

Having experience across a number of industries including the Oil & Gas industry, (Petro)chemical industry, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing industry and more, Kelvin has an innate understanding of business need, and the wider implications of engineering challenges and solutions on business operations and productivity. This astuteness together with a great team-player, collaborative approach makes Kelvin a hugely valuable member of the IntES team in The Netherlands.

With his rich engineering background and technical knowledge as well as varied, invaluable project experience and considerable problem-solving skills, our clients benefit hugely from his proactive, pragmatic approach with their engineering needs. A champion of 3D modelling and with multidisciplinary engineering experience, Kelvin knows better than anyone how to convert a structural question down to the last detail to enable our clients to reach their goals.

With a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology following his degree in Mechanical engineering from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Kelvin has over 25 years of expert knowledge built of his education, professional development and his considerable work in varying engineering disciplines. From technical scoping and implementation for process plant engineering, preventive maintenance implementation and optimization, design and specification of HVAC systems, technical installations, and value engineering (VE) studies; to leading engineering teams through consultancy to deliver high quality projects, design, engineering, maintenance, reliability and operational solutions… the list goes on.
