IntES delivering Sustainable designs & BIM for Heineken in Asia Pacific

With its growth in the Asian market, Heineken decided to renovate its existing  office and supply chain building at Ba Ria – Vung Tau in Vietnam to a sustainable, ergonomic and  “Heineken experience” type buildings.

IntES, with its committed collaboration with Heineken in delivering high standard of design quality, safety and sustainability was awarded with EPCm (Engineering, procurement and construction management) services contract. Duration of the project is until the first quarter of 2018.

IntES  provides BIM (Sketch up, Revit, Lumion) from pre-concept to detailed design for this project. Local contractors will be guided and proactively educated on the use of BIM creating value to our client and the project.
