Following the successful completion of the initial greenfield development, Hanuman Beverage Co., Ltd. initiated Phase 2 of the brewery expansion to significantly increase production capacity at its existing facility in Kandal Province, Cambodia.
This phase focused on doubling the beer production capacity of the newly built plant through the installation of additional utilities, process equipment, and supporting infrastructure. IntES was engaged as a civil consultant and construction management partner, responsible for coordinating multiple contractors and suppliers across various disciplines within an operating brownfield environment.
IntES has been involved in the Hanuman Brewery project since February 2020, starting from the original greenfield development. This long-term engagement enabled a deep understanding of the site, client requirements, and operational constraints.
For this phase, the key challenges included:
Leveraging prior project knowledge and proven PCM expertise, IntES continued to deliver professional construction management services, ensuring effective coordination, minimized disruption to operations, and successful execution of the expansion works.
