Project: EPCM Services for Nestlé Tri An – Diana Project
Where: Dong Nai City, Vietnam
Client: Nestlé Vietnam
IntES Services: EPCM
Nestlé Vietnam is our esteemed client who entered Vietnam in 1912, focusing on producing food and beverage. Nestlé Vietnam have awarded us the projects in their Hung Yen and Dong Nai, enhancing their presence to the country and continuously prove the top leader in the industry. In addition, Nestlé is the largest coffee buyer in Vietnam, with annual procurement costs reaching $700 million USD. Currently, coffee products manufactured at the Nestlé Tri An factory are exported to more than 29 countries worldwide.
IntES has supported Nestlé, our repeat clients for continuous project in Vietnam both in the North (Nestle Bong Sen project) and now this is the Nestle Tri An – Diana Project in Dong Nai City, southern Vietnam. The key purpose of the project is to both construct and renovate the current facility. The Diana project is part of a larger, ongoing expansion at the Nestlé Tri An facility, which has received over $175 million in total investments during the 2024–2025 period. For this Diana project, IntES are involved in EPCM (Engineering, Procurement Support, Construction Management), working with the main constructors from early stage of the project.
One of the important keys of this Nestlé Tri An – Diana project is the cold process area which required the temperature of -50 Celsius degrees. This requires the strong knowledge of HVAC engineering to handle the requirements from careful engineering plan to execute the construction management. Achieving and maintaining such extreme conditions demands specialized expertise in HVAC engineering, thermal insulation systems, and process integration. The design and implementation of this facility require meticulous engineering calculations, careful equipment selection, and rigorous construction management to ensure temperature stability, energy efficiency, and operational reliability.
To successfully deliver this scope, IntES leverages our extensive experience in industrial HVAC systems and other technical aspects, ensuring that all the design comply with stringent performance requirements and international standards. We take responsibility to work closely with contractors and partners, coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces, and ensuring that the facility is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
Besides, our team are strongly involved in other engineering disciplines for technical study/specification, plan/layout, design optimization, report, etc according to the requirements from Nestlé. Regarding other scopes, IntES team supports this project with procurement plan, construction management including HSE Management and quality control.
The Nestlé Tri An – Diana Project further demonstrates IntES’s capability of engineering, procurement, project management, and construction management to support large-scale industrial manufacturing investments, particularly those involving complex environmental control requirements and highly specialized production processes. Through close collaboration with Nestlé and project partners, IntES continues to contribute to the successful expansion of one of Vietnam’s most important food and beverage manufacturing facilities.
