Doan Ngoc son was initially a Chemical Engineer with a Bachelor in Oil & Gas Technology. He has an intensive knowledge of engineering and project management, resulting from achieving two Project Manager Certificates from the Institute for International Education Research and Nyenrode Business University, Netherlands. As a board of director member, Son shared his expertise and helped IntES conquer multiple significant projects.  

Through Son’s career, he has held many positions during his career and gained much knowledge in engineering and project management. He was responsible for multiple projects across sectors (Industry and manufacturing, Food and beverage, Oil and gas, Chemicals, and Semiconductors), especially those that required excellent process designs. 

Before becoming a key person at IntES, Son took over many specialized positions to gain professional skills, and advanced knowledge, and to deepen his experience in the industry. The projects in which he was involved are across countries and sectors, and he utilized his expertise in process engineering and project management to deliver high quality for both greenfield and brownfield projects. Having collaborated with multiple clients, he has got a great understanding of specific requirements for each project. That is why he can provide clients with appropriate plans, adding value to the project development process as an expert. 

Recently, Son has been responsible for projects in Vietnam and Cambodia, working with other dedicated project managers and engineers at IntES. He is entrusted with his professionalism, responsibility, and passion for doing what he has been doing. Leading an expert team, he overcomes difficulties balancing delivering top-quality projects to clients while ensuring the team’s working principles.  

In addition to his technical and managerial skills, Son is known for his ability to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. His approach is highlighted by clear communication, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence. This has not only contributed to the successful completion of projects but also enhanced the reputation of IntES in the industry.
