That is because we are delighted to be able to provide business consultancy services to our clients to support them in manufacturing, operations and projects via our Consultants who have more than 70 years’ combined experience in industry between them gained in many different cultures and geographical locations.

Our consultants have worked for multi-national companies and have held senior management positions in these companies and so have first hand experience of the challenges facing clients embarking on new projects, both from internal alignment within your business and also the challenge of choosing the correct external partners in that journey.

About Our Consultants

About Richard – Richard Wall is our specialist in the fine chemicals industry. He has more than 35 years experience in the chemical industry, in Managing Director, Operations Director and Project Director roles working for DSM and Allnex and leading and participating in small and large projects for those companies. He has spent time living in South Africa as well as the Netherlands, travelling extensively in Europe and more recently in China and Singapore managing operations in several sites in China and SE Asia. About Alpay – Alpay Cholak is our Food and Beverage specialist having spent over 40 years in the business. Working in the UK in the first half of his career followed by numerous senior positions in South Africa, Belgium, Israel, China and Vietnam, he contributed to the building of and then managed the start-up of a number of large manufacturing units. He worked for some of the industry leaders in the form of South African Breweries, InBev, Tate & Lyle and a division of Associated British Foods. His skills were utilised in the areas of problem solving, value engineering and operational readiness where project build completion, recruitment, training and start ups were the order of the day.
