ntES secures the EPCm contract for the upgrading project in Vietnam. The duration of the project is 11 months and the scope of work for the 40,000 sqm facility is as follows;
– Topographic and soil investigation survey, Basic design and Detail design for upgrading of Mill and Polishing building, dryer and paddy storage building, road access including internal road, fence and gate, external lighting, storm drainage system.
– Upgrade Dryer and Paddy storage building include piling of new husking location, foundation for equipment. Milling and Packaging building include piling for mill location, piling for equipment foundations and columns, new packaging room and a new Office.
– BOQ and Cost estimation +/-10%.
– Procurement support.
– Construction & SAFETY supervision.
– Project management.
