About the project
Our client aims to build a new luxury hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, adding to their list of properties. The project comprises a high-rise structure with 2 basements spanning 548 m2, 9 stories, and a roof floor. The total Gross Floor Area (GFA) is over 5,000 m2, excluding the basement area.
This project is anticipated to be completed within 24 months per our agreement. As entrusted by the client, IntES Cambodia has provided our client with our Construction quality supervision package, which includes:

Our service for this client is centered on ensuring construction work is completed within the agreed timeframe, accident-free, and in full compliance with quality specifications. To achieve this, we have appointed key personnel to oversee the project and manage all construction phases that IntES Cambodia is involved in. These individuals are responsible for inspecting and monitoring project contractors to ensure the project’s targets are met. During the projectm we have provided supervision in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines for this project.
We were honored to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony in Phnom Penh earlier this year, marking the commencement of the hotel’s construction phase. IntES Cambodia is proud to serve as the consulting firm, and to announce that the project is progressing well, thanks to the collaborative efforts of our contractors and the dedicated supervision of IntES’ key team members on-site.
