Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Sales & Marketing plans in the relevant market sectors
- Set objectives and creating strategies for increasing sales and profits
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Build up, organize, and run a business development team with different functions, such as sales, marketing, client engagement
- Organize events related to sales, branding marketing and promotion activities for the company
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience at the same position
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree
- Strong commitment, market knowledge
- Fluently in English communication
- Excellent in communication, management, leadership
- Ability to travel extensively monthly throughout the regions of responsibility.
- Self-motivated, independent with strong interpersonal skills and a hunger for success.
- Commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills.
