Carlsberg Vietnam has started from 1993 and currently in producing brewery drinks involved Carlsberg, 1664 Blanc, Tuborg, Tuborg Ice, Somersby, Huda, Huda Ice Blast, Huda Gold, and Halida. Over more than three decades, Carlsberg Vietnam has remained committed to supporting the country’s economic and social development. The company is taking bold steps to advance its sustainability agenda and minimize its environmental footprint.
The project involved a major expansion of Carlsberg’s brewery in Phu Bai, Hue, central Vietnam, with a total investment of $90 million. The new production line increases Phu Bai Brewery’s capacity by 50%, making it Carlsberg’s largest production site in Asia and one of the most efficient globally in terms of labor productivity. For IntES, we takes responsibility for EPCM in this expansion project with our team on-site and off-site working on engineering, procurement support, construction management, and HSE Management. Our team has shared their expertise during the basic and detailed design (concentrated on demolished buildings, renovated buildings, extended buildings and new buildings), the tendering stage working on contractor selection, cost estimation, technical & commercial evaluation. In the construction stage, we provide our management for on-site activities and maintaining the Heath, Safety and Environment factors. Collaborating with the client team, partners, contractors, our IntES team has delivered the project with more than 1 million safe-hour (no LTI – Lost Time Injury)!
