About our client
Our client, PepsiCo Foods Vietnam (a subsidiary of the PepsiCo global corporation), is one of the leading brands in the Food & Beverage market after over 10 years of operation in Vietnam. PepsiCo Foods Vietnam’s main brands include Lay’s, Poca, Quaker, and Doritos. Together with partners, including Suntory, PepsiCo has invested more than $1 billion in Vietnam and created over 15,000 jobs nationwide.
To support its business expansion in Northern Vietnam, PepsiCo selected IntES as the EPCM consultant for the development of its new food manufacturing facility in Ninh Binh (Ha Nam). This modern plant is designed according to PepsiCo’s global sustainability platform (pep+), integrating rooftop solar energy, a biomass boiler using agricultural by-products, and advanced water-recycling and AI-driven waste-treatment systems to minimize carbon emissions and environmental impact.
The total land area is around 8 ha, and the Ground Floor Area is 25,420sqm, for which we provide our services:
Our team works closely with the team from the client and contractors to make sure the work is delivered on time and correctly. From the initial engineering to the construction phase, our dedicated IntES team has worked effectively with all parties to ensure the project’s progress and adherence to the timeline. This plant comes into operation in the 4th quarter of 2025, expected to have an annual capacity of over 20,000 tons of snacks.
